SHIPPING POLICY

All artwork purchased will be shipped within 5 business days.

Most artworks on paper (including prints) are shipped rolled in a tube, securely packaged to the same high standards as are expected by well established online galleries. Some small artwork on paper and all artwork on canvas is shipped in a box.

 

UK shipping cost is Free 

International Shipping to EU countries is £10, Free for orders over £300

International Shipping to Rest of the Europe, US and other destinations is £15

Local taxes for international orders are not included and may become payable depending on the destination.

REFUND POLICY for Originals

By purchasing this original painting, you are committing to a conscious decision to purchase a one of a kind fine art item. Should you feel that you would like to see the artwork more closely or from different angles, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to send you photos or arrange a video call with you. I therefore ask that my collectors take time to carefully make the decision before buying my original artworks because they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

REFUND POLICY for Prints

By purchasing any prints, you are committing to a conscious decision to purchase a one of a kind fine art item that has been printed specifically for fulfilling your order and individually quality checked. I therefore ask that my collectors take time to carefully make the decision before buying any prints because they cannot be returned or exchanged as the cost of the printing cannot be recovered by me. Should error have incurred due to an incorrrect print being sent, please contact me with photos of the order received within 1 week after the expected delivery date and I will reprint and ship the correct item at my own cost.

 

CANCELLATION and EXCHANGE POLICY for Originals and Prints

Any cancellation or changes to an already placed order can be made by contacting me via contact options available on my website and within 1 hour of placing your order only. Providing that the cancellation or change request has been received within the 1 hour period, I can either refund you or make changes to your order, subject to availability.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS or LOST in POST CLAIMS

If your purchased artwork arrives damaged, is defective or is lost in post, claim must be submitted by contacting me via contact options available on my website strictly within 2 weeks after the damaged/defective item has been received, or within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date (for items lost in post). Please include pictures of damage incurred and also retain all packaging that the item was shipped as this will be required for placing an insurance claim (original paintings unfortunately are not replaceable). Replacements for prints will be issued at no cost to you.
